How does it work?

You are given a new tracking number to place on your advertisement. You point this number to your current office line. We route the calls through our system. We track and record all your calls and provide you with the tools and reports to help you know where your marketing dollars are being spent.

Can I customize my own reports?

Yes, Call IQ’s intuitive search features allow you to customize almost any report you can think of. Also provides default reports for those statistics that matter most.

Can I provision numbers my self?

Yes, Call IQ’s automated system allows for real-time adding and editing of numbers. No more waiting for changes to be made and propagated.

How long are my calls saved for?

Calls are saved for a minimum of 3 months. All calls can be download from our system to you.

Can I edit numbers myself?

Yes,Call IQ’s automated system allows for real-time adding and editing of numbers. No more waiting for changes to be made while you lose money.

Can I limit privileges to my employees?

Yes, you can limit access to your employees, from regional managers and sales representatives to Store managers and employees.

Can I have multiple locations?

Yes, Call IQ is designed for Companies from Small business’ to Large enterprises with multiple locations. Each location can be tracked separately or has a whole.

Can I port my existing tracking numbers to Call IQ?

Yes, you can port your existing tracking numbers to Call IQ. This process can take 3-15 business days. Your number, once ported, will route calls to their destinations instantly.

Can I keep my existing number(s)?

Yes, you can keep you existing number. We will provide you with a new call tracking number to point to your existing phone number.

Terms and Conditions
Your access to and use of the Call iQ web site (“Site”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Call iQ (“Call iQ”) are superseded and, have no force or effect.

Use of Information
You may view the Site and print individual pages from the Site for your use in learning about, evaluating or acquiring Call iQ’s products or services, provided that you agree to and accept without modification the Terms and Conditions set forth in this Legal Notice. You, or anyone acting on your behalf, may not modify, copy, reproduce, display, distribute, reuse, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, including text, images, audio and animation from the Site without written permission from Call iQ. No permission is granted within this Notice to you to use Call iQ names, images or logos, site addresses or other means to hyperlink other Internet sites with any page in the Site.

Power Alerts
TheCall iQ Alerts program periodically sends text messages to web site users over SMS regarding important announcements such as storm response plans, product changes and promotions. Messages frequent per acccount setup. Enrollment is completed using the web site and requires providing a mobile phone number. USA and Canada numbers must include Area Code. International numbers must be in the format: 011 + Country Code + Mobile Number. You must reply to the confirmation message to complete the opt-in process. Users are allowed to opt out of this program at any time. Message and Data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
To stop receiving these messages, uncheck the option in your profile or text “STOP” to 80411. You’ll receive a one-time out-out confirmation message. After that, you will receive no future messages.

Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
